2) What customizations are being offered?
Our customization offerings are carefully designed or curated and include fabrics, front & back pocket designs, hardware, thread and add-ons such as cargo pockets and side waist adjusters. Our selvedge fabrics are bought in small batches and are extremely limited, hence they may not be available after being sold out.
3) How do I customize my measurements?
We offer 2 methods of customizing your measurements. The first will simply require you to choose a fit and size from our own in-house size charts. The second option allows you to submit your custom measurements to us which we will work with, subject to approval by our pattern master. All our denim is sanforized (pre-shrunk) with shrinkage of 5-10%, we recommend getting jeans that are true-to-size, learn more about how to get measured here!
4) When can I order a pair of custom-made denim jeans?
Anytime! Custom orders will take about 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
5) Can I get a return/refund on my order?
Please note that due to the customized nature of the product, we cannot allow return/refunds on any custom orders once it has been processed.
6) What happens if my jeans do not fit me after it arrives?
Due to the non return/refund policy, we encourage you to follow our measurement guide to get an accurate measurement. Each pair of jean is made to the highest degree of measurement accuracy and each measurement will not fall outside our acceptable margin of error of 2cm.
If the jean fits tighter than to your expectations:
Due to the stiff raw nature of the raw denim fabric, we recommend that you wear the denim for 14 days to let the fabric break-in and stretch out. Otherwise, bring it to your local tailor to expand the leg room by taking in about 1-2cm of fabric from the selvedge outseam for expansion.
7) Will my denim stretch out or shrink in the wash?
Denim will break in and stretch out slightly with wear over time. Due to the nature of the cotton weaves, sanforized or pre-shrunk denim can still shrink slightly in the washing machine and dryer (5-10%). Don't worry if the fabric shrinks as it will stretch out again upon wear. We recommend hand-washing and hang-drying to minimize shrinkage.
8) How do I care for my raw denim jeans?
The timing and method of washing your jeans will determine the results of your personalized fade patterns. Check-out our beginner's guide to washing your raw denim here.
